Glucose oxidase is mainly used to remove glucose from egg liquid to prevent the discoloration and deterioration of protein products during storage. Maximum dosage 500mg/kg. Used for deoxygenation of citrus drinks and beer. To prevent color darkening, reduce flavor and metal dissolution. The maximum dosage is 10mg/kg.
Glucose oxidase Used for whole milk powder, cereal, cocoa, coffee, shrimp, meat and other foods. Prevents Browning caused by glucose.
