Xylanase (Xylanase) is also known as pentosanase. It refers to a hydrolase that can specifically degrade xylans into xylo-oligosaccharides and xylose. Xylanase is the general name of a group of enzymes that can degrade xylan. Studies have shown that if xylanase is added to feed, it can significantly reduce the molecular size of xylan and decompose it into xylo-oligosaccharides with smaller cohesion, thereby improving feed performance and eliminating or reducing anti-nutritional effects caused by increased viscosity.
